Flash-Drop

Terms of Service

Effective date: May 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flash-Drop (operated by Aqentra, "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Flash-Drop provides a delivery management platform for restaurants and other businesses operating in Egypt and the MENA region. The platform includes a web-based admin dashboard, real-time driver tracking, order management, and a driver mobile application.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Driver accounts are created and managed by restaurant administrators. Individual drivers are responsible for protecting their PIN credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

5. Partner Program

Businesses that apply to the Flash-Drop Partner Program agree to additional terms communicated at the time of onboarding. Flash-Drop reserves the right to accept or reject any partner application at its discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the software
  • Resell or sublicense access without our written consent

7. Location Data

The Flash-Drop Driver app collects GPS location data from drivers during active shifts to enable real-time tracking. Location data is transmitted to our servers and visible to authorized restaurant administrators. Drivers may go offline at any time to stop location sharing.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, and software are owned by Aqentra. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your subscription period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of location data, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqentra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flash-Drop. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
